Community Recycling Project
Blackpool Challenge Partnership
PABD brought together the partnerships for delivery and secured the required public funds from ERDF, also bringing £300,000 of new money into Blackpool from the Community Recycling Economic Development programme.  The first collections, primarily of newspapers and office paper, started in July 2004.  Target outputs were achieved by June 2005
PABD was also commissioned to handle the Interim Project Management requirements and establish the operations of the company until project staff were recruited.

Environmental Reviews and Resource Efficiency
Groundwork Blackburn
Evaluation of companies in North and West Lancashire and the provision of assistance to help them meet their environmental and Health and Safety obligations.  Further work was commissioned to assist businesses with reducing waste and with increasing operational efficiency in the use of utilities.
