Blackpool Social Enterprise Development Project
Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde Council for Voluntary Service
A European and UK Government funded project of nearly £½m to assist the sustainability of not-for-profit organisations and micro businesses in Blackpool.  PABD is a major partner and project deliverer, having prepared the business plan, built the partnership and secured the project funding.
As part of this project, PABD was leader in a successful application for Lottery Funds for a Blackpool community centre that secured £180K and a further £79K of matching finance.
